Ordering

Minimums
Opening order $150 / Reorders $100 (minimums do not include shipping)

Minimum order quantities:
Greeting Cards / Notecards / Stickers - 6 per style
Art Prints - 2 per style

Payment
Orders are paid upon shipment. You can choose to provide credit card detail when ordering or you can use the payment portal supplied on the invoice sent when your order is ready. Credit cards are not charged before the shipping or delivery date unless requested. 

*Businesses in Haliburton County can pay online using the link in your invoice, OR pay with cash, credit, or debit in person if your order is being delivered. 

Letterpress
Although every effort is taken to keep printing consistent, letterpress printing is a completely handmade process and consistency between impression, ink colours, ink coverage, or placement cannot be guaranteed (the unique character of each piece is what actually what makes it pretty darn cool!).

Processing + Shipping
Standard turnaround time is between 3-6 days (shipping not included), at which time tracking information will be provided. Shipping costs are calculated when the final order has been packaged and are added to the final invoice before processing. 

Orders with a requested shipping date will ship on the specified date. In the unlikely event of a delay in processing times, you will be notified by Naebr Design immediately and a new shipment date will be determined. 

*Businesses within Haliburton County can choose to have their order delivered at no extra cost - please indicate this when completing your order and ensure you have provided the physical address for your business if it differs from the shipping address. 

Returns + Exchanges
Please report and send photos of any damaged shipments within 14 days to natalia@naebr.com, along with details (product name or SKU, and number of damaged products) and I will be happy to replace the damaged inventory. Exchanges cannot be made for alternate designs.

Refunds/exchanges are not available for unsold goods.
